Having trouble logging in?

If you are having difficulty logging in, here are some quick things to check:

  • You must activate your Careers in Cosmetics account through your personal email account! Make sure that if you have newly registered that you have checked the email account you used to register for your validation email, and follow the link in that email to activate your account. 
  • If you can't find the validation email please check your spam folder.
  • Make sure that your username is your email addres and that its spelled correctly.
  • If you can't remember your password, request to have your password sent to your email and try to login with the most recent information.
